Thomson Reuters Master Services Agreement

Thomson Reuters – Tax – Accounting Business (“Thomson Reuters”) the standard customer agreement contains the terms of the findLaw Master Services agreement and your order form (together, the “agreement”) reflect the terms agreed between the subscriber (sometimes called “you” or “you” and West Publishing Corporation d/b/a FindLaw, Super Lawyers and LawInfo (sometimes called “us,” “us” or “ours”) with respect to the services listed on the order form. References to an order form mean either a new order form or a renewal form. If there is a conflict between the FindLaw Master Services Agreement and an order form, the order order is checked. Thomson Reuters may update master`s terms and/or calendars from time to time. New versions of these documents will be published below. If you have already reached an agreement with Thomson Reuters, this new version only applies if it is included in a subsequent order form. Previous versions of the master`s terms and schedules are listed in “Previous Versions” if applicable. By accepting the order form and/or the work statement, the Customer acknowledges that he has read and accepted the corresponding terms and conditions included in his order form and/or the work statement. Customers should print and keep copies of the terms and conditions in place for their agreement with Thomson Reuters.
